Responsibilities
- Perform routine assembly and packaging tasks according to established safety guidelines.
- Operate standard industrial machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Handle and move raw materials and finished products within the warehouse or production floor.
- Monitor production lines to ensure quality standards are met consistently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and OSHA regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding production needs.
Qualifications
- Eligibility to apply for an EB3 Unskilled Labor Visa (PERM Labor Certification).
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Basic proficiency in English is required for safety and operational communication.
- Physically capable of standing, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Cincinnati facility.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not strictly mandatory.
