Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor industrial machinery and production equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

- Follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all assigned tasks.
- Assist in material handling and inventory management to ensure smooth operations.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or potential issues immediately to supervisors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Eligibility for EB3 Visa sponsorship (or currently holding a valid work visa).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and a strong willingness to learn new processes quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Fluency in English (basic communication skills required).
