Responsibilities
- Monitor and track all inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal teams to resolve shipping discrepancies.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, including bills of lading and commercial invoices.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update the logistics database daily.
- Analyze shipping data to identify trends and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or transportation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
