- Partner with venture capital teams to identify disruptive startups
- Present at global forums on future tech implications
- Build and mentor a futurist think tank team
- Drive patent strategy for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or emerging tech
- Published thought leadership on 2020s tech trajectories
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or neurotech
- Proven track record of scaling innovation initiatives
- Advanced degree in relevant STEM field or equivalent
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
