Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Node.js, Python, and React
- Lead architectural decisions and conduct code reviews for engineering excellence
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL, Redis) and cloud infrastructure (AWS)
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and knowledge sharing sessions
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and maintain 99.9% system uptime
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent the company at tech conferences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with JavaScript/TypeScript
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Strong background in RESTful API design and GraphQL implementations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience leading agile projects and mentoring engineering teams
