Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch for SaaS platforms
- Conduct market research and user interviews to identify unmet needs
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to prioritize features
- Define KPIs and track product performance through data-driven analysis
- Present product vision and progress to executive stakeholders quarterly
- Mentor junior product managers through innovation workshops
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience with B2B SaaS products
- Proven track record of launching successful digital products
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools
- Experience with agile methodologies and Jira/Asana
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Self-motivated with demonstrated success in flexible work environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
