Qualifications
- Advanced Education: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Technical Mastery: 10+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI engineering.
- Programming Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Cloud Architecture: Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to research and prototype cutting-edge technologies (e.g., Transformers, Diffusion Models) before productionization.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
