Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI/ML infrastructure capable of handling next-gen workloads.
- Lead the research and implementation of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Neuromorphic computing, and Quantum-ready algorithms.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for data pipelines and model training.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and ethical AI standards in all deployments.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with a focus on serverless and edge computing.
- Experience with MLOps, data orchestration (Kubernetes, Airflow), and model versioning.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and delivering complex systems on time.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field is preferred.
