Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal employees via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop hardware/software systems
- Document technical issues and resolutions in IT service management tools
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network infrastructure maintenance
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness training and implement best practices
- Assist with hardware inventory management and asset tracking
- Support office technology setup and AV equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Windows/macOS environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn technical concepts
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Valid work authorization or eligibility for visa sponsorship
