Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable cloud-native solutions using AWS/Azure
- Mentor junior developers through pair programming and code reviews
- Lead Agile development cycles using Jira and Confluence
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Contribute to open-source projects and internal innovation initiatives
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical infrastructure
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Node.js/Python)
- Expertise in microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and serverless technologies
- Proven track record of mentoring development teams
- CI/CD pipeline implementation experience (Jenkins/GitLab)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system architecture projects
