Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal teams via ticketing systems and chat
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate knowledge base entries
- Assist with network security protocols and access management
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Participate in cross-departmental tech initiatives
- Complete vendor management tasks for software licensing
Qualifications
