Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues across 500+ users
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Assist with system upgrades, patches, and security compliance protocols
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles for team reference
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex troubleshooting projects
- Participate in cross-functional Agile development sprints
- Execute automated testing scripts for cloud deployments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate/Bachelor's degree preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with analytical mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Willingness to obtain CompTIA A+ certification within 6 months
- Authorized to work in the US with visa sponsorship eligibility
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call rotations
