Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex data from multiple sources to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of interactive dashboards using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data models.
- Perform statistical analysis and data validation to ensure accuracy and integrity of reporting.
- Prepare clear, concise, and visually appealing reports for management and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry best practices in data analysis and automation.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required. A Bachelor’s degree is not required. We welcome candidates with industry certifications or relevant bootcamp experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) is mandatory. Familiarity with SQL or Python is a strong plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot anomalies in data sets.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences.
