Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions (AWS/Azure)
- Manage cybersecurity protocols and incident response
- Develop automation scripts for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Document system configurations and troubleshooting procedures
- Maintain compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of IT infrastructure experience
- Active CompTIA Security+ or AWS/Azure certification
- Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or scripting languages
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking and Active Directory
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Ability to work flexible hours for system maintenance
