Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the setup process, ensuring they understand our platform and feel confident using it.
- Support & Retention: Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues efficiently to maintain high retention rates.
- Feedback Loop: Collect client feedback and collaborate with the product and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Training Sessions: Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions to educate clients on new features and best practices.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account health within our Salesforce CRM.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly reports on client satisfaction and account health metrics.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable learning new software tools and navigating CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and troubleshoot issues under pressure.
- Team Player: Strong collaborative spirit and willingness to work cross-functionally with sales and product teams.
- Availability: Must be willing to work full-time hours, including occasional evenings or weekends for client events.
