Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop data models, flowcharts, and process diagrams using Visio or similar tools.
- Support the Quality Assurance (QA) team in testing new software releases and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and track project milestones.
- Prepare weekly status reports and presentation materials for executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Basic understanding of SQL or database concepts is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
