Responsibilities
- Assist software engineers in the design, development, and testing of web applications.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting for internal IT systems.
- Conduct user research and gather requirements for new features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
- Document technical processes and update project wikis.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff members.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program or recently graduated (within the last 12 months) in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of programming languages (Python, Java, or C# preferred).
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Eligible for the J1 Visa exchange program.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid passport and eligibility to work in the USA.
