Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Lead architectural decisions and ensure code quality across the entire software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define features and user stories.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, conducting code reviews and technical training sessions.
- Optimize application performance, security, and maintainability to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Software Engineering.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Databases: Expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) technologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills; ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
