Responsibilities
- Shadow senior hospitality professionals in hotel operations, event management, or customer service
- Assist with daily operational tasks including guest relations, inventory management, and event coordination
- Participate in cross-departmental training sessions covering American service standards
- Contribute to cultural exchange initiatives and international guest engagement programs
- Document training progress through weekly reports and skill assessments
- Collaborate with diverse teams to execute seasonal promotions and tourism campaigns
- Complete specialized certifications in hospitality management systems
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of hospitality/tourism/management program
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
- J1 Visa eligibility (valid passport and sponsorship acceptance)
- Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving skills
- Adaptability to fast-paced American work environments
- Basic knowledge of hotel property management systems preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license (for transportation between locations)
