Responsibilities
- Assist in daily front desk operations including guest check-in/check-out procedures
- Support event coordination and banquet service for corporate and social functions
- Learn revenue management strategies and occupancy optimization techniques
- Participate in cross-departmental rotations (housekeeping, F&B, sales)
- Conduct guest satisfaction surveys and implement improvement recommendations
- Collaborate with international team members on cultural exchange initiatives
- Maintain compliance with J1 program requirements and documentation
Qualifications
- Valid J1 Visa sponsorship eligibility (non-US citizens)
- High school diploma or equivalent – no college degree required
- Basic English proficiency (B1 level or higher)
- Customer service experience in any industry (retail, food service, etc.)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
