Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences across resort departments including concierge, front desk, and valet services
- Assist in coordinating large-scale events, conferences, and weddings with meticulous attention to detail
- Support inventory management and procurement processes for operational supplies
- Participate in cross-departmental training rotations to understand holistic resort operations
- Contribute to sustainability initiatives and guest satisfaction improvement projects
- Maintain accurate documentation of training progress and operational procedures
- Collaborate with team members to resolve guest inquiries and service challenges
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a hospitality, tourism, or business program
- Valid J1 Visa sponsorship eligibility through designated sponsoring organizations
- Proficient in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership potential through extracurricular activities or prior roles
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to operational excellence
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by resort operations
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and hospitality management systems
- Commitment to providing exceptional service and cultural exchange
