Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily maintenance and preparation of golf courses and practice facilities.
- Operate and maintain golf carts and specialized equipment under supervision.
- Provide exceptional customer service to international and domestic guests on the course.
- Support the setup and breakdown of golf tournaments and corporate events.
- Learn and apply turf care, agronomy, and course management protocols.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program or have graduated within the last 12 months.
- Proof of English proficiency (TOEFL/IELTS) required for non-native speakers.
- Eligible to obtain or currently hold a J1 Trainee Visa.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License (essential for cart operation).
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
