Responsibilities
- Complete 6-week intensive training in AWS/Azure fundamentals and network security protocols
- Participate in hands-on labs for server configuration and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Shadow senior engineers on enterprise system deployments and maintenance
- Obtain industry certifications (CompTIA A+, Security+) with company sponsorship
- Support daily IT operations including helpdesk tickets and asset management
- Contribute to cloud migration projects under guidance
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Valid work authorization requiring sponsorship (H1B/OPT eligible)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Problem-solving aptitude with analytical thinking skills
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to relocate to Dallas, TX at company expense
