Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain enterprise-level IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud systems
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct regular security audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration and automation projects
- Document IT processes, policies, and technical documentation
- Monitor system performance and optimize resource utilization
- Lead disaster recovery planning and testing initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on IT infrastructure experience
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and firewalls
- Certifications (CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Azure) preferred
- Proficient in scripting (PowerShell/Python) for automation
