Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud systems
- Provide 24/7 technical support and incident response for critical business operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy cybersecurity measures and compliance protocols
- Optimize system performance and document technical procedures for remote operations
- Manage vendor relationships and technology procurement for Arctic-specific deployments
- Lead disaster recovery planning for extreme environment scenarios
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in IT infrastructure with enterprise-level systems administration
- Certifications in AWS/Azure, CompTIA Security+, or Cisco CCNP preferred
- Experience with remote support tools and VPN technologies
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotations
- Strong problem-solving skills for Arctic climate-specific IT challenges
