Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using Java, Python, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
- Lead cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-impact projects on aggressive timelines
- Optimize system performance through continuous testing, debugging, and code reviews
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Mentor junior developers and implement best practices for DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technology stack evolution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience (5+ years)
- Proficiency in at least two programming languages (Java, Python, C#, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and version control systems (Git)
- Proven track record of delivering complex software projects in fast-paced environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with cross-cultural teams
