Responsibilities
- Perform daily inventory audits and reconcile stock discrepancies using our proprietary ERP system.
- Monitor stock levels and generate accurate reports to support purchasing decisions.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient movement and storage of goods.
- Update and maintain accurate digital records of all inventory transactions.
- Assist in the implementation of inventory control policies and best practices.
- Investigate and resolve order fulfillment issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in inventory management, data entry, or warehouse operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and inventory software.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs is preferred.
