Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-disciplinary workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in emerging markets
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine symbiosis
- Produce scenario analyses for geopolitical and climate-driven technology disruptions
- Partner with venture capital arms to incubate 2026-focused startups
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Monitor horizon-scanning signals from DARPA, MIT Media Lab, and global accelerators
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation with demonstrable impact on future-tech adoption
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and disruption modeling
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Fluency in at least two of: Python, R, or MATLAB for data-driven foresight
- Deep understanding of emerging tech ethics and regulatory landscapes
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ successfully commercialized 5-year future-tech initiatives
- Clearance for classified government innovation projects (or ability to obtain)
