Responsibilities
- Pack and Prepare: Safely pack, seal, and prepare merchandise for shipment using various packaging materials and equipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the receiving, counting, and stocking of incoming inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and stage customer orders efficiently to meet daily shipping targets.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery in a safe and compliant manner.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times to comply with safety regulations.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet company quality standards before shipment.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Reliability: Proven history of punctuality and strong work ethic.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Background: Clean criminal background check required.
