Responsibilities
- Load and unload goods from delivery trucks and warehouse trailers efficiently and safely.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using industrial scanners and conveyor systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Inspect inventory for damages or discrepancies and report them immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
