- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards to identify and engage top-tier talent for technical roles.
- Screening: Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet hiring targets.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine job descriptions.
- Administrative Tasks: Update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate records.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and ATS platforms is a plus.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated individual capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities.
- Experience: Previous experience in recruiting, sales, or customer service is highly desirable.
