Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including vital signs, EKGs, and specimen collection
- Assist nurses with clinical procedures and documentationMaintain clean, organized patient environments
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teamFollow strict infection control protocols and safety standardsMonitor patient conditions and report changes promptly
- Support patient mobility and daily living activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Minimum 6 months healthcare experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Must pass background check and drug screening
