Responsibilities
- Perform assigned duties efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse, logistics, or general labor environment to meet daily production targets.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure workplace for yourself and your team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring inventory and equipment are stored and handled correctly.
- Operate machinery and equipment (where applicable) following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Flexible availability to work shifts, including nights and weekends, as business needs dictate.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred, but experience is valued over formal education.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
- Strong work ethic and reliability with a history of punctual attendance.
- Valid US ID and eligibility to work immediately.
- Basic computer skills for logging hours and accessing digital work instructions.
