Responsibilities
- Load and unload goods: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move products to and from delivery trucks.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure all items are properly labeled and organized.
- Packaging: Securely package products for shipment, ensuring all safety standards are met.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or errors.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory and order processing.
- Visa Eligibility: Candidates must be eligible to work in the US or willing to pursue an EB3 Visa sponsorship.
- Reliability: Must have a history of punctuality and strong work ethic.
- Communication: Basic ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
