Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in our advanced ICU/ER units
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Supervise LVNs/CNAs and delegate tasks according to scope of practice
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols
- Provide mentorship to new nursing staff and international graduates
Qualifications
- Active RN license (or eligible for endorsement in Louisiana)
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 2+ years ICU experience considered)
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience in US-equivalent facility
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications (required within 30 days of hire)
- English proficiency (IELTS ≥7.0 or TOEFL ≥100)
- Successful NCLEX-RN pass (or equivalent for international candidates)
