Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via phone, email, and chat for diverse software and hardware systems

- Conduct remote system installations, configurations, and troubleshooting

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk roles
- Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems
