Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery and assembly lines during the night shift.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all products meet strict company standards.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished goods safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and report any equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to comply with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure a smooth transition of production tasks.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be available to work 3rd shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer skills and the ability to use handheld scanners.
