Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers)
- Maintain crop quality through proper pruning, pest control, and irrigation management
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and H2A program regulations
- Assist with packing, sorting, and loading produce for distribution
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and field inspections
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural experience
- Ability to work 10+ hours/day in outdoor conditions (heat, humidity)
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Willingness to relocate for 6-8 months
- Clean background check and drug-free certification
