Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain farm machinery (tractors, harvesters, irrigation systems)
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, grains)
- Perform field maintenance tasks including weeding, pruning, and pest control
- Monitor crop health and report issues to farm supervisors
- Adhere to safety protocols and equipment handling guidelines
- Assist in post-harvest processing and packaging activities
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Minimum 6 months of prior agricultural/farming experience
- Ability to operate farm machinery with proper training
- Physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
