Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery including tractors and harvesters
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (corn, soybeans, vegetables)
- Perform manual labor in fields and greenhouses
- Maintain equipment and field hygiene standards
- Adhere to all H2A program regulations and safety protocols
- Assist with packaging and sorting of harvested produce
- Participate in team-based field operations
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship required
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in all weather
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to relocate to provided housing
