Responsibilities
- Perform routine assembly and production tasks according to strict quality standards.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure proper packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and conveyors.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic English language proficiency for reading instructions and safety signs.
