Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily inbound/outbound calls with professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat channels
- Update and maintain CRM records with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs for resolution time and CSAT
- Document case details and follow established protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proficient with Zendesk/Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
- Strong typing speed (40+ WPM)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in SaaS or tech industry preferred
