Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Manage CRM systems to document interactions and track service metrics
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve escalated issues
- Train new team members on service protocols and tools
- Analyze customer feedback to identify process improvements
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs for response time and resolution rate
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in tech industry
- Proficiency with Zendesk and Salesforce platforms
- Exceptional communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding performance metrics
