Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ inbound/outbound calls daily with professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM systems and internal knowledge base
- Process orders, returns, and service requests with 95% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Maintain detailed call documentation in Salesforce
- Meet/exceed weekly performance KPIs (satisfaction, resolution time)
- Participate in daily team huddles and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with Windows OS and basic software
- Exceptional verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Reliable transportation to our downtown Houston hub
