- Participate in weekly training sessions
- Support weekend rotational coverage
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass background check immediately
- Austin local residency required
- Spanish bilingual preferred
