- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing and account issues with first-call resolution
- Document interactions accurately in CRM system
- Collaborate with support team on complex cases
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics
- Participate in ongoing training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
