Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve complex billing and technical support issues
- Document all interactions in Salesforce with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate unresolved cases
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (CSAT, FCR)
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Train new hires on customer service protocols
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required
- NYC residency preferred (commuter support available)
