Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery (tractors, harvesters, irrigation systems)
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, grains)
- Monitor crop health and apply pest control measures
- Perform field maintenance (weeding, irrigation setup, soil preparation)
- Assist with post-harvest processing and packing
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards
- Participate in team training sessions
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
