Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits) according to quality standards
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Maintain crop health through planting, weeding, and pest control activities
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean work environments
- Assist with equipment maintenance and basic repairs
- Follow supervisor instructions for daily task assignments
- Document work activities and inventory accurately
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa status or eligibility for sponsorship
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural/harvest experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills for team coordination
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Pass pre-employment physical examination
- Reliable transportation to farm location
