- Manage daily office operations and coordinate calendar scheduling for executives

- Prepare and distribute important documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for critical business records
- Support onboarding processes for new team members
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and vendor communications
- Assist with data entry and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of administrative or clerical experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
